The clauses below form the usage agreement between Lüks Casino and its account holders. Registering, depositing, betting or claiming a bonus counts as accepting them. The Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming and Player Complaint Policy pages are annexes to this agreement.
Clause 1 — Condition for opening an account
An account holder must be at least 18 years old. The checkbox on the registration form covers this declaration; if it is untrue, every transaction from that account is void.
- One account applies per person, per household and per device.
- The name, phone and email entered must belong to the account holder and be accurate.
- An account opened with false details is frozen, its balance held until the situation is clear.
- The account cannot be transferred, sold or handed over to another person.
Clause 2 — Protecting login details
Registration is done with a phone number, then a password is set. Every action from the account is treated as the holder's own. Confirming the phone and email early speeds up contact around a withdrawal request or a security warning.
Clause 3 — Deposits and withdrawals

Clause 4 — Bonuses and wagering
Every offer, including the welcome package, the trial bonus and daily quests, carries its own terms on the offer card, and those terms come first. Bonus money and any winnings from it become withdrawable only once the linked wagering is complete. Claiming the same offer twice, or closing the wagering with very low risk play, voids the bonus.
Clause 5 — Sports betting rule
- A bet is struck at the odds shown at the moment of acceptance.
- Settlement follows the official result of the event.
- A cancelled event or a market opened by clear error is refunded.
- Live scores on the site are informational, the official record governs.
Clause 6 — Casino games rule
Every round in the casino lobby, slots, live casino and instant games section is decided by the supplying studio's own generator. If the connection drops, the round settles by the provider's record, and an unfinished round resumes when the game is reopened. Demo mode moves no real money.
Clause 7 — Behaviour that is not allowed

Clause 8 — Changes and closing the account
These clauses may change; the current version applies from the moment it is published and does not affect a wagering run already in progress. An account holder can close the account at any time; withdrawing the real money balance first is advisable, since the bonus balance is lost on closure.
